CAPACITY-VERIFIED

Equipment evidence reviewed by Univents.

WHAT IT REQUIRES

Itemised inventory with quantities and models, plus evidence — photos, invoices, or spec sheets — that Univents reviews by hand. We may ask for references from past events.

Reviewed by a human. We can and do decline.

Higher tiers rank better within the set of suppliers who already qualify for a brief. A capacity-verified badge never pushes you past a supplier whose rig fits the event better than yours — and placement is not for sale above suppliers who genuinely qualify.

    Crew size on record versus the crew the build needs.

    Largest past event on your profile against this event's headcount.

  • TRACK RECORD

    Completed bookings and response history on Univents.

  • DISTANCE

    Whether the event city falls inside your declared service areas.

⚠ IT IS AN ESTIMATE

The score is computed per event from the data on your profile. It is a match estimate, not a guarantee of a booking and not a judgement of your work. Organizers still read your profile and decide for themselves.

  • Add your real inventory with quantities and models — an empty inventory cannot match a computed package.
  • Complete the profile: crew size, service areas, largest past event, categories.
  • Respond fast. Response history feeds the track record factor.

Do I pay to receive briefs?
No. Receiving briefs and sending quotes is free on the Free tier, within fair-use limits. Pro adds volume and profile features — see the pricing page.
Can I pay to rank above a better-matched supplier?
No. Placement is never sold above suppliers who genuinely qualify for a brief. Tier only breaks ties inside the qualified set.
Is money handled through Univents?
Not yet. Escrow, deposit protection and commission are not live. You quote, agree and get paid directly by the organizer today.
Why is my listing on Univents when I never signed up?
It was compiled from public sources and is marked Listed / unverified. You can claim it, correct it, or request removal — both options are on your profile page.
How fast should I reply to a brief?
As fast as you reasonably can. Response speed feeds your track record, which feeds your Capacity Score on future briefs.
