• 04Univents is a product of that Qatar company, not a Philippine company, and it does not process payments, hold deposits, or run escrow; names in the directory that nobody has claimed are not members and are not verified.

Univents is an introduction and sourcing platform. We help event organizers describe an event, compute a suggested equipment package, discover suppliers, and exchange briefs, quotes, and messages.

• 01Any contract for event services is between the organizer and the supplier directly.
• 02We are not a party to that contract, not an agent or broker for either side, and not a provider of event services.
• 03We do not guarantee the performance, availability, quality, legality, or safety of any supplier, venue, or organizer.
• 04We do not guarantee that a brief will receive quotes, or that any quote will be accepted.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Univents. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

• 01Give accurate account information and keep it current.
• 02Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• 03Tell us at univents.ph@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• 04One person or business per account; do not impersonate anyone.

• 01A brief is a request for quotes, not a booking. Sending a brief creates no obligation on any supplier.
• 02Quotes come from suppliers. Their prices, inclusions, and terms are theirs, not ours.
• 03When you accept a quote, you contract directly with that supplier. Deliverables, schedule, cancellation, and payment terms are agreed between the two of you.
• 04Verify what matters to you before committing — inventory, insurance, permits, crew, and site requirements. Our information is a starting point, not due diligence.

• 01Inventory, capability, service area, and capacity claims must be accurate and kept up to date.
• 02You must have the right to list the business you list, and claiming an existing listing requires authority to represent that business.
• 03We may adjust, downgrade, suspend, or remove a listing where information appears inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorised.

The Capacity Score is an informational estimate computed from supplier-supplied and publicly available data. It is not a rating of service quality, not a guarantee of performance or suitability, and not a recommendation.

The equipment package generated by the planner is a computed starting estimate based on general rules of thumb. It is not a professional engineering specification and must be confirmed with the supplier and, where relevant, with the venue before you rely on it.

Univents does not currently process payments, hold deposits, or provide escrow. All payment happens directly between the organizer and the supplier, on terms the two of them agree.

Subscription and commission terms will apply only when those features launch, and will be announced beforehand. Nothing on the platform today obliges you to pay Univents any fee. See the pricing page for planned tiers.

• 01No scraping, crawling beyond published robots rules, bulk extraction, or reselling of directory data.
• 02No spam, unsolicited marketing, or off-topic mass messaging.
• 03No misrepresentation of identity, business, capability, or affiliation.
• 04No malicious interference with other users' listings, including fake claims, false removal requests, or attempts to degrade a competitor's listing.
• 05No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the platform's security or infrastructure.

The Univents name, interface, design system, editorial content, guides, and the requirements engine are owned by Strategaiz Digital Automation Consultancy W.L.L. (State of Qatar), Commercial Registration No. 166101. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Content you submit — business details, images, inventory, messages — remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the platform for the purpose of running the service.

Univents is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent Philippine law allows. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing or estimate is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Univents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the platform or out of any contract, dispute, cancellation, no-show, or failure of performance between an organizer and a supplier.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud.

You may stop using Univents at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing univents.ph@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where a listing appears unauthorised or misleading, or where use of the platform harms other users.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced to registered users before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
