WHAT'S A CAPACITY SCORE?
A 0–100 rating of how much event a supplier can actually deliver — computed from verified PA power, lighting inventory, crew size, largest event booked, and on-site audit results. It's the reason organizers on Univents don't have to guess whether you can handle their show. Pro and Pro+ suppliers get their score displayed publicly.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION CREDIT WORK?
8% commission applies to bookings transacted through Univents. In any month you have commission due, your Pro or Pro+ subscription for that month is credited against it first — so if your commission covers the sub, your monthly bill is ₱0. The subscription only ever costs you real money in months you didn't book through Univents. Note: escrowed deposit protection is not live yet, and we'll introduce it before commission is charged. Separately, the one-time Capacity Verification (₱4,999 founding / ₱9,999 standard) covers a real gear audit — claiming your listing itself is always free.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
GCash, Maya, and direct bank transfer for subscriptions. Today, bookings are settled directly between organizer and supplier — Univents keeps the brief, package and quote on record. Escrow-held deposits with T+3 payouts are in development, and we'll announce them before switching on booking payments.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Yes. Cancel monthly plans anytime and you'll stay on Pro until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free. Annual plans are paid up front and non-refundable, but you keep every Pro feature until the year ends. The founding-rate lock only applies while your Pro subscription stays active.
